These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TradeXSports platform, website, contests, and any related features ("Services"). By creating an account or participating in any contest, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use TradeXSports.
• Users under 18 must have permission from a parent or guardian.
• TradeXSports is free-to-play and does not require deposits, wagers, or payments to participate.
• TradeXSports may restrict access in regions where digital contests or promotions are not permitted.

Nature of the Platform

• TradeXSports is not a gambling platform.
• No real-money wagering, betting, or cash withdrawals are offered.
• All contests are free to enter and award non-cash prizes.

Prizes

• Prizes may include digital gift cards, store-specific credits, or other non-cash rewards.
• Prize availability may vary by region.
• U.S.-only prizes (such as Visa gift cards) may be limited to U.S. users.
• International users may receive region-specific digital gift cards (Amazon regional, Google Play, Steam, PlayStation, etc.).
• TradeXSports may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Prize Verification

To maintain fairness and platform integrity, TradeXSports may verify:

• account authenticity
• device uniqueness
• email validity
• referral legitimacy
• contest participation patterns

TradeXSports may disqualify any user who attempts to manipulate the system, create multiple accounts, or engage in fraudulent behavior.

Referral Program

• Only verified referrals count toward contests or rewards.
• A verified referral is a real, unique user who completes the required onboarding steps.
• TradeXSports may review top participants manually to ensure fairness.
• Fraudulent referrals may result in disqualification.

Taxes

Users are responsible for any taxes owed on prizes they receive. TradeXSports does not provide tax advice. If required by law, TradeXSports may request tax information from U.S. users who exceed applicable reporting thresholds.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• create multiple accounts
• use bots, scripts, automation, or device farms
• attempt to bypass verification
• exploit bugs or vulnerabilities
• impersonate others
• engage in harassment or abusive behavior

TradeXSports may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Updates to Rules and Terms

TradeXSports may update contest rules, prize structures, or these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Limitation of Liability

TradeXSports is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeXSports is not liable for:

• technical issues
• service interruptions
• data loss
• delays in prize delivery
• user errors
• third-party gift card availability

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

Privacy

TradeXSports collects and uses information as described in its Privacy Policy. By using the platform, you consent to these practices.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
